The Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, launched the new Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024 (EMPS 2024) on April 1st, 2024, and it's going to run through the quit of July 2024.
The government had in advance stated that e-automobiles bought until March 31st, or till price range are to be had, would be eligible for subsidies underneath the second phase of the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles in India (FAME-II) application scheme.
Main Points:
1. Financial assistance of as much as Rs25,000 will be furnished under the EMPS 2024 initiative for the purchase of small three-wheelers, inclusive of e-rickshaws and e-carts. The application will include over forty one,000 of those vehicles.
2. For large three-wheelers, financial help as much as Rs50,000 would be provided.

EMPS 2024 is constant with the Atmanirbhar Bharat utility and objectives to boom a robust and competitive electric powered automobile manufacturing quarter in India.
